Established in 1946 and named after it’s founder James B Lansing, JBL are a world famous speaker manufacturer with a long history of innovation and leading-edge technology - including the development of titanium diaphragms and neodymium drivers in the 80s and 90s. In the 1970s JBL monitors were ranked top in the US recording industry and JBL won a Technical Grammy in the 2000s for their ScreenArray cinema system. The original JBL EON portable powered speaker from 1995 became an industry game-changer.
