Refund & Returns Policy
If you change your mind about a purchased item we are not obliged to offer you a refund, as per the Consumer Guarantees Act. However, we will happily exchange the item(s) for something else of the same value, provided it is within five days of purchase and that the item is undamaged, is in perfect brand new condition and includes all the original packaging.
Prices indicated on this website are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to keep the prices shown on the site up-to-date, there may be occasions when there are price changes from a product distributor that we are not immediately aware of, which may result in a slight delay in the website prices being updated. If there is a price change on an item you have ordered we will not process the order until we have advised you of the change and have your approval to proceed.
All of our products are fully supported by New Zealand warranty and service support. Products requiring repairs must be returned to our Auckland store from where they are sent to the respective New Zealand service agents that conduct the repair work. See our Servicing & Warranty page for more info.
