The delivery time for orders placed on the website is usually 1 - 2 business day for orders within the North Island and 2 -3 business days for delivery to the South Island (please allow an extra day for Rural Delivery addresses). Please note that these delivery times are target times and are not guaranteed by Couriers and can sometimes take longer due to unforeseen factors (bad weather for example). If you require a product urgently don't leave it to the last minute to order! Please see our Delivery Info page for more info.
If you change your mind about a purchased item we are not obliged to offer you a refund, as per the Consumer Guarantees Act. However, we will happily exchange the item(s) for something else of the same value, provided it is within two or three days of purchase and that the item is undamaged, is in perfect brand new condition and includes all the original packaging.
Prices indicated on this website are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to keep the prices shown on the site up-to-date, there may be occasions when there are price changes from a product distributor that we are not immediately aware of, which may result in a slight delay in the website prices being updated. If there is a price change on an item you have ordered we will not process the order until we have advised you of the change and have your approval to proceed.
All of our products are fully supported by New Zealand warranty and service support. Products requiring repairs must be returned to our Auckland store from where they are sent to the respective New Zealand service agents that conduct the repair work. See our Servicing & Warranty page for more info.
