When you perform on the system, it feels as if you’re at one with the decks, allowing for more creative performances. With full-size jog wheels that feel just like those on the CDJ-3000, pitch bending and scratching on the XDJ-AZ are incredibly smooth. The mixer section inherits the intuitive layout of the DJM-A9, with all controls positioned to maximize playability. And it features user-friendly buttons for assigning Beat FX to help you express yourself through the music. So, when you’ve mastered the XDJ-AZ, you’ll be familiar with the way club-standard equipment works and feels, making it much easier to perform at your best in clubs.

Built-in Wyi-Fi and support for various media types
The XDJ-AZ supports rekordbox CloudDirectPlay and StreamingDirectPlay allowing access to Beatport Streaming tracks, plus extensive device and application compatibility. Connect a PC/Mac to use rekordbox for Mac/Windows, or a mobile device for rekordbox for iOS/Android. Support for Serato DJ Pro is coming in December 2024. 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen
Up to 13 tracks can be displayed at once – a massive increase from the 8 on the XDJ-XZ. Other advanced features include Playlist Bank, Touch Preview, and Touch Cue. You can also choose to display the status of the selected Performance Pad and Beat FX settings simultaneously.
Standalone 4-deck playback
Add more sounds to your mix, create live mashups, go back-to-back with another DJ, and enjoy the fl exibility to perform however you like. You can seamlessly integrate CDJs into your setup, so there’s no need to switch decks and with PRO DJ LINK compatibility, beat and on-air information are synced across the players.

With a 32-bit D/A converter from ESS Technology, the sound quality has been signifi cantly enhanced compared to the preceding XDJ-XZ to create clear and dynamic audio that can rock large venues and clubs. You can also use the 3-Band Master EQ to tweak the output sound. A dedicated button for the mixer settings allows you to quickly check and adjust the mixer’s status on-screen.

Mike was extremely pleasant to deal with and cordial. Went out of his way to help me with a small and finickity order buying some chroma caps, which indicate to me that the Mix Foundation don't see customers as ATMs but as people. Also they care about what the customer needs and are prepared to put time into finding out, so I would trust them to give honest advice to help people fulfill their djing needs. Value for money is right up there. If you want the fuss-free convenience of a single piece of kit, put this on your list. The dynamics are right in the pocket and not overbearing or woolly at all. Runs my old Tannoy Mercurys beautifully, and the REL sub is almost superfluous.
