All of our products are fully backed up by New Zealand warranty and service support. Products requiring repairs must be returned to our Auckland store from where they are sent to the respective New Zealand service agents that conduct the repair work.
Warranty periods can vary between manufacturers. As a general guideline most items have a 1 year warranty. Pioneer DJ products have a 3 year non-commercial venue warranty. Some products carry a warranty of up to 6 years. Please check the specific warranty period at the time of purchase.
A proof of purchase (usually the receipt) will be required for servicing to be carried out under warranty.
Warranty is of a "back to base"nature - meaning that the item must be returned to and our Auckland store. Shipping is not covered under warranty and courier charges may apply to return items repaired under warranty.
Warranty covers manufacture and parts but not damage or wear and tear through use. Please allow 2-4 weeks for most warranty repairs (but this can sometime be longer if there are parts required from overseas).
We offer a comprehensive repair and servicing facility on nearly all DJ and audio equipment via our Auckland store.
The repair turnaround time can vary from distributor to distributor and can also be subject to the availability of parts. Please allow 2-4 weeks for most servicing and repairs. Contact us to enquire about repairs to specific products or for a repair quote. An inspection fee may apply when a quote is requested but the repair not carried out.
