Warranty

All of our products are fully backed up by New Zealand warranty and service support.  Products requiring repairs must be returned to our Auckland store from where they are sent to the respective New Zealand service agents that conduct the repair work. 

Warranty periods can vary between manufacturers. As a general guideline most items have a 1 year warranty. Pioneer DJ products have a 3 year non-commercial venue warranty. Some QSC products carry a warranty of up to 6 years. Please check the specific warranty period at the time of purchase.

A proof of purchase (a receipt or copy of the web order) will be required for servicing to be carried out under warranty.

Warranty is of a "back to base"nature - meaning that the item must be returned to and our Auckland store.  Shipping is not covered under warranty and courier charges may apply to return items repaired under warranty.

Warranty covers manufacture and parts but not damage or wear and tear through use.  Please allow 3-4 weeks for most warranty repairs (this can be up to 12 weeks if there are parts required from overseas).

Servicing

We offer a comprehensive repair and servicing facility on most brands of DJ and pro-audio equipment via our Auckland store. 

Servicing costs are based on labour and parts required. The technician would need to assess the unit/s and we can then provide a quote.

There is an inspection fee of around $100 on most products, which is deductible from the repair costs if you proceed with the repair as quoted.

The repair turnaround time can vary from distributor to distributor and is also subject to the availability of parts. Please allow 3-4 weeks for most servicing and repairs. If parts need to be ordered from overseas it can be up to 12 weeks.
