Technics AND Automobili Lamborghini announce the launch of the SL-1200M7B direct drive turntable, a special-edition model born from our collaboration with Automobili Lamborghini.
The SL-1200M7B is based on the SL-1200MK7 and SL-1210MK7 DJ models from the SL-1200 turntable series,
The SL-1200M7B comes in 3 distinctive Lamborghini colours - yellow, orange and green while the design is inspired by Automobili Lamborghini’s iconic Y-shape pattern.
Design Inspired by Lamborghini DNA
The functions of the SL-1200M7B are based on the SL-1200MK7/SL-1210MK7 models, while the design is inspired by Automobili Lamborghini’s iconic Y-shape pattern. Orange, Green and Yellow are the colours of the SL-1200M7B, based on the most iconic liveriesof the Italian automotive super sports cars brand. Automobili Lamborghini and Technics operate in completely different markets but share the same values with cutting-edge ideas and approaches: disruptive technological development, a corporate culture rooted in a spirit of uncompromising craftsmanship, and the pursuit of emotional sounds inspiring customers—with Automobili Lamborghini, the sound of its engines, and with Technics, the sound of its audio. The SL-1200M7B is the powerful result of the collaboration and innovative ideas of the two brands.
The SL-1200M7B comes with an original vinyl record containing the powerful V12-engine and driving sounds of six different Lamborghini super sports cars, a slipmat and two stickers with Automobili Lamborghini and Technics logos. The picture disc features a design inspired by the tires of one of the Lamborghini's latest models, the Revuelto. As you listen to the sounds of Lamborghini V12-engines, you can also enjoy the visual effect of the tire spinning on your turntable.
Can't figure out how to scratch on the jog wheels bit disappointed about that
Hi Shane, sorry to hear you are having an issue. This will be software related rather than a fault with the unit - we suggest contacting Serato support via the Serato website. They will be ale to troubleshoot this for you and hopefully resolve it.
Comparing this to my old 1210's - feels like a solid upgrade, the motor and the plater feels great with a lot of power, matching speeds and beat-matching is easy and that was most important to me. The layout of the other controls and ports etc could be better (in my opinion) but I will get use to it. Thanks team for a prompt dispatches and help on these and hope they will last me a lifetime.
