The QSC GX3 amplifier delivers just the right amount of power to the most popular speakers used by entertainers. Most loudspeaker manufacturers recommend an amplifier with power output equal to the speaker"'s ""Program (Music) Power"" rating or two times (2 x) the ""Continuous (RMS) Power"" rating.
The GX3 is ideal for speakers in the 300 watt (Program) range, while the GX5 provides full performance for 500 watt (Program) speakers. The GX7 outputs 725 watts into an 8 ohm load. Owners of popular 4 ohm loudspeakers (such as dual-woofer, two-way models) will find the 700 watt (4 ohm) power of the GX5 an ideal match while the GX7"'s 1000 watts will very capably power many of today"'s popular subwoofers or two typical 8 ohm speakers per channel.
Features
The GX3 uses the latest evolution of the QSC Grounded Collector output system, for optimum cooling of the critical power transistors. A true Class B biasing system combines maximum thermal efficiency with excellent audio performance.
The GX5 uses a Class H system , based on key elements of the PLX Series, almost doubling power in the same size and weight. QSC design expertise allows the output devices to shift from low-power to high-power rails in less than a millionth of a second, ensuring that the output power is always right where it needs to be without excess loss.
Both amplifiers use premium toroidal power transformers for reliable ""mid-weight"" performance. A variable-speed fan moves air crosswise through the amplifier, drawing cool air in over the power transformer, through the fan, and then over the heat sink. This keeps the transformer cool and allows a full size heat sink to fit in a down-sized chassis. As always, the amplifiers are fully protected from the usual hazards of the trade, ensuring stable performance and long life.
GuardRail
GuardRail protection delivers full peak power while preventing detrimental overloads. During excessive clipping, or extreme overheating, GuardRail reduces gain just enough to preserve the integrity of the music, protect the speakers and keep the audience excited, without unprofessional distortion levels or shutdowns.
Subwoofer/Satellite Crossover
A subwoofer reduces strain on the full-range speaker, allowing it to play louder, or letting a smaller speaker do the same job. The GX Series supports this mode with a Crossover switch that splits the full-range input entering Ch 1, sending 20 Hz - 100 Hz to the sub (Ch 1) and 100 Hz - 20 kHz to the top box (Ch 2). The front panel gain controls balance the sub and top box, while GuardRail optimizes peak power into the sub and top individually, for greater musical impact and dynamic range.

Talked to the staff via phone who advised me on a cheaper and a better suited cover to the SL1200. Really happy with choice of product and (for my needs) a better alternative cover than what I originally was going to order. Great service! However the 2 covers were stacked when packaged and took 20 minutes of separating and stress of breaking. Just a thought for packers when sending. However 5 star product and phone service!

The Prime 4+ is a fully standalone 4-deck DJ controller powered by Engine DJ, it gives you complete creative freedom without needing a laptop. Just fit a SATA drive and have all your music available directly on the device.
The vibrant 10.1-inch multi-touch screen is incredibly responsive, making track browsing, waveform editing, and FX control feel intuitive and fluid. One of its standout features is Wi-Fi streaming support, giving you instant access to services like Apple Music, Amazon Music, Beatport, TIDAL, and SoundCloud Go+ right from the controller.
Another feature I love is the onboard FX, which are high quality and versatile, with sweeping filters, echo, delay, and reverb, all easily customisable. Definitely the most expensive unit in my set-up. But it has elevated everything running through it. I do not DJ, and the only reason I went for DJ mixers in the first place was 1: I needed a phono preamp and 2: I needed an equaliser. High-end audio gear do not have good equalisers. You are lucky to get treble and bass control. I NEED MID. This beast has a 4 band equaliser! More control over my mids then I ever had. But the sound quality? Crisp and clean. Listening to my records in a new light. These phono pre amps do not disappoint. I get 4 separate inputs for my two turn tables, one for my digital, and even one just for my cassette. But the Sound card. Wow. Running digital straight to the mixer sounds amazing. And I can even record off it. And I have been able to rig up to a new MilkDrop 3, so now all my analog music gets this amazing backdrop of colours to go with it. Brings me back to the good old days with Winamp. Messing around with the crunch setting has also been a lot of fun, feels like a guitar amp with the overdrive, and you can even run an effects pedal loop! Also, having a separate EQ for the booth out makes getting that sound perfect, even easier. Three thumbs up!
