Delivery Time
The delivery time for orders placed on the website is usually one business day for orders within the North Island and two business days for delivery to the South Island. If your order is placed by 3:00 PM on a business day it will usually be shipped the same day. Orders palced after 3:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day. These delivery times are not guaranteed by Couriers and can sometimes take longer.
Warranty
Warranty periods can vary between manufacturers. As a general guideline most items have a one year warranty, with two years on some Pioneer equipment. Please feel free to inquire about the warranty period on specific products.
Repairs & Service
All waranty and service work is performed by the authorised NZ service agent for the respective brand.
Refund Policy
If you change your mind about a purchased item we are not obliged to offer you a refund, as per the Comsumer Guarantees Act. However, we will happily exchange the item(s) for something else of the same value, provided it is within two or three days of purchase and that them item is undamaged and includes all the original packaging.
Prices
Prices indicated on this website are subject to
change without notice. While we make every effort to keep the prices
shown on the site up-to-date, there may be occasions when there
are price changes from a product distributor that we are not
immediately aware of, which may result in a slight delay in the website
prices being updated. If there is a price change on an item you have
ordered we will not process the order until we have advised you of the
change and have your approval to proceed.
