Mix Foundation are committed to offering you the most reliable range of DJ, PA and music production equipment, with great customer service, while offering you the confidence of full back-up and after sales service support via our flagship Auckland store.  Whether you are a DJ, music producer, bar, nightclub, school, band or church we can tailor a sound equipment solution to your specific needs however great or small.  We are also committed to offering you highly competitive prices, so remember that if you find a better price from another legitimate NZ retailer let us know and we'll do our best to offer you the most cost effective and least risky solution.  We are able to ship internationally to Australia and the Pacific (as well as most destinations).  If you have had equipment stolen or damaged we also offer a full insurance claim service in conjunction with your insurer. We also offer a Student Discount on non-discounted products.

About Us - History

Now in our 11th year, the Mix Foundation store in High St, Auckland is New Zealand's longest running specialist DJ store.

Mix Foundation was established in 1993 in Auckland (formerly trading as DMC New Zealand), specialising in DJ Remix Service vinyl imports, together with DMC merchandise and later DJ equipment.  The original website was launched in 1999 and the first DMC store opened in High street, Auckland in June 2000, where it is still located now.  Then trading as DMC, we quickly became New Zealand DJ’s preferred specialist retailer for DJ equipment, offering DJs the best range and most competitive pricing, as well as fast, friendly and efficient service.  As DMC we have supported the local DJ scene through organising the New Zealand round of the prestigious DMC World DJ Championships from 2000 to 2005, taking six of New Zealand’s best Turntablists to the DMC World Finals in London.  The highlight of New Zealand’s efforts was the third equal placing won P-Money at the 2001 DMC World Finals – the best result a New Zealand DJ has ever achieved in any international competition to date. 

Mix Foundation are also the authorised New Zealand distributor for UDG DJ bags and merchandise and the Crane Hardware (wholesale inquiries welcome).

Warranty

All of our products are fully backed up by New Zealand warranty and service support.  Products requiring repairs must be returned to our Auckland store from where they are sent to the respective New Zealand service agents that conduct the repair work.


Payment Options

Payment is accepted Eftpos, Bank Deposit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Q Card & Farmers Card for orders within New Zealand.  For Australian orders we have an Australian Dollar account and require a bank deposit.  For all other International orders a bank deposit is required.

Processing Fees apply for payment by the following cards:  American Express - 3%, Q Card - 2.5%, Farmers Card - 2%.

For your security our credit card payment facility is processed by Payment Express by DPS, so at no time do we ever store your credit card number.


Online Finance
